CONTEXT:
The customer is a company in the luxury business undergoing an internal reorganization. This process concerns, among the others, transferring some functions from the commercial to the operations’ department. The company requires the support of a consulting firm, Kyma, to help redefine some of the new key processes.
INTERVENTION:
Nexen is requested by Kyma to assist the project by supporting one of the key figures in the company, the future head of the newly created function. The program would ensure the change success that involves many actors – different stakeholders and more than ten employees, which will be headed by this position.
RESULT:
The coachee enhanced the managing skills for all the people involved in the transition process (employees and stakeholders). He engaged everyone to participate proactively in the process definition by maximising each one’s contribution. After a few months, the coachee took on the responsibilities of another team.
