For further information on DYT FOR TEAM:

Design Your Time is a unique program that approaches productivitywith a human touch.
As in any Nexen program, Design Your Time encourages self-awareness and alignment activities that help fill the gaps between who we are, where we are going, and what we do;; in Design Your Time for Team we look at individual alignment and at team alignment.
When alignment occurs, the action comes naturally. With Design Your Time we present the most recent productivity and teamwork techniques – based on the mind– but before getting there we look at motivation – driven by emotions, individual and collective.
It’s this combination that leads to action. How do you want to act, as a team?
METHODS
The program combines coaching elements with Design Thinking concepts. From coaching, we borrow, among others, powerful questions and the importance of listening (to ourselves and to the other members of the team); these lead us to increase awareness and to start making changes, as a team. From Design Thinking we take “prototyping”: the idea of experimenting – in this case, new behaviors – get quick feedback, review, restart. We look at iterations that add increments of progress.
BENEFITS
By the end of the program, the participants will have developed their own, unique approach to time management: new habits, new techniques, to ensure the alignment that keeps motivation and engagement high. They will also have acquired the tools to keep evolving and improve in the longer term. Eventually, encouraged to experiment, they will be already on their way towards the change process with a new mindset that keeps them on track.
This is what happens at the individual level; at the team level, they will have gone through a similar process and build how they want to plan their time as a team and how, as a team, they want to use their time together.
As in every program that includes coaching activities, the time between a session and the next one is important: participants are informed from the beginning that the moments together are just the starting point. The real work comes next when they reflect, implement change, review,… and this happens offline between sessions, even more so for a team!
These are the core elements that make our program unique and allow us to use an ambitious slogan:
Design Your Time – Innovate your life!
