How to use the Pomodoro Technique (with a Chrome extension, as well?)
What is the Pomodoro Technique and why should we care?
As we go back to work after the summer break, or to studying, September feels like a fresh start. In 2020, it’s a start that might be different from others, as many people in the world will be working and studying from their homes, at least partially, because of Covid-19.
Working from home makes it often difficult to stay focused, so here’s one of the world’s favorites productivity techniques! I have been using it for years and it works for me, especially if I have a partner who is doing it with me (don’t have one? Check out this post on how to get one!).
This video tells you how to use the Pomodoro Technique, so you can try it out. And as usual, I suggest to experiment and find what works for you: music or no music? a kitchen timer or a Chrome extension? 25 or 50 minutes?
If you try it, let me know below what works for you!
